What’s Covered by Our Warranty?
Our 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your Stairage® product is found to have a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion, free of charge.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
What is Not Covered?
Please note that our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or abuse of the product.

Damage from accidents, such as drops or falls.

Damage caused by non-compliance with the care and maintenance instructions provided in the product manual.

Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discoloration.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty Process

Please note that you may be responsible for return shipping costs if the product is not found to be defective or covered by the warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
